Coaching Through Change

1:1 coaching with Heron Coaching can help provide a safe space for people to process the impact of change within the workplace and move forward with confidence. This could be in:

  • supporting people through maternity/paternity leave and returning into the workplace.

  • helping people transition in to a new or more senior role.

  • providing guidance to first time leaders taking online management accountability for the first time.

  • supporting people being faced with redundancy.

Team Coaching

Through both 1:1 and group coaching we look at a combination of individual strengths and personality preferences (using DISC) to help develop relationships within the team, improve communication and build trust with the aim of improving engagement and the overall performance of the team on a day to day basis.   

 

There is also the option to focus on a specific team goal. Using what the team have learnt about themselves, we can look at what they need to achieve and how to bring the team together to achieve this.
